The Spaghetti Warehouse Co.

In the Beginning there was the “Oklahoma Furniture Manufacturing Company”, the “JP AWALT Co.”, the “The Spaghetti Warehouse Co.” … and today it is the “ICON” of Bricktown!

The ICON on Sheridan is a 96,000 square foot wood framed structure erected in 1902 by the Ewalt Furniture Company of Dallas, Texas and was dedicated to furniture manufacturing and showroom space. When built, each floor was completely open featuring a freight elevator in the Northeast corner of the structure. This feature is still operational. The structure also includes a full basement that echoes the square footage of the floors above. Each floor of the ICON on Sheridan is 14,000 sq.ft.
